The Opportunity
Technotrust Solution Pvt. Ltd., which provides services to one of the leading banking customers, sought to hire 20 competent IT professionals with diverse skill sets across multiple locations in the US. Due to time restrictions, the client had difficulty locating multiple applicants across multiple sites.
The Solution
A recruitment team was deployed under the supervision of Senior CRM Manager. The CRM Manager recognized the need and personally selected the top recruiters, which reduced the time required to find the appropriate resources and position them for further selection. Under the client’s SLA, we successfully onboarded Salesforce, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and big data analytics (QlikView, Hadoop, SAS) resources.
The Outcome
We were able to identify, qualified resumes by utilizing our pool of ‘candidates’ database along with various sourcing sites such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and referral programs.
In the short span of 15 days, we were able to pre-screen candidates with vanilla capabilities. and within 30 days we closed nearly 70-80% of requirements.
